Traveling around the world is a dream many of us have - we can't offer you tickets to, well, anywhere, but we can sure offer flavors from around the world. Maybe if you close your eyes, you can imagine monkies grabbing your keys, or a camel ride in the Sahara. I doubt that has anything to do with our baking, but our International cookies include:

Macarons

Another International cookie, the Macaron, is a sandwich cookie filled with a ganache, buttercream or jam. It is mildly moist and easily melts in the mouth.

Macarons are often expensive due to a combination of factors, including the use of high-quality, costly ingredients like almond flour, the labor-intensive and precise baking process, and the delicate nature of the pastry, which can lead to a higher rate of waste. HOWEVER - when done correclty, they are SOOOO enjoyable to eat!
